Lanterns by the Sea
Satisfy all your senses as you savour mouth-watering delicacies with delicate infusions at the beachside restaurant, which is open for daily breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
Breakfast: 7:00 am - 10:30 am (Mon-Fri) and 7:00 am - 11:00 am (Sat & Sun)
Lunch: 12 noon - 4:30 pm (Sat, Sun, Mon, Wed, Thurs) and 12 noon - 3:00 pm (Tues, Fri)
Dinner: 6:30 pm - last seating at 9:30 pm (Sat, Sun, Tues, Wed, Fri) and 7:00 pm - last seating at 9:30 pm (Mon, Thurs)
Join us for our special theme nights - Mondays for the Barbeque Buffet and Thursdays for the Caribbean Buffet and show.

Water’s Edge Restaurant and Bar
With both Caribbean and International influences, Water’s Edge offers "small bites and big flavours" with tasty Tapas style dishes and great cocktails!
With a relaxing beachside setting, at Water Edge you can enjoy a laidback evenings with friends or meet new ones.
From June 1, 2013, Water’s Edge opens Saturday, Sundays and Mondays from 6:30 pm.

Pool Bar
No need to dry off, just swim right up to the pool bar and sample some of the best cocktails in Barbados! best pool bars in Barbados! Join us for 2 for 1 Happy hour each day from 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm.

Our plans are flexible and allow you the freedom to book it your way - maybe 7 days of breakfast but only 3 dinners? Let us know your preference.

Dining Entertainment
Take in some of Barbados’ best entertainers with our weekly entertainment package. Not to be missed are the live bands, steelpan and the Caribbean buffet and spectacular Floor Show on Thursday nights, which includes some of the best local performers dancing to Caribbean rhythms as well as exciting acts such as stilt-walking, fire eating and limbo.
