Accounts
Mastercard, Visa, Discover card, Debit cards, travellers cheques and cash accepted. Amex cards will incur a 3% surcharge.
Arrival & Departure
Rooms are available after 4pm on the day of your arrival, unless prior arrangements have been made. We respectfully request that our guests vacate their room by 11.00am on the day of departure to allow the room to be prepared for arriving guests. Note that an additional charge may be applied for unauthorised late check-out. We would be happy to assist with the storage of luggage if you have a late departure, and would ask that you advise us when you are ready so that we can provide assistance with moving your luggage.
Babysitting
It is suggested that babysitting services are booked by prior arrangement. Twenty-four hour notice is required.
Bedboards and Bedding
Bedboards are available, as are extra blankets and pillows. Please do not hesitate to contact Reception.

The perfect place for small retreats and conferences. 814 sq. ft. fully air conditioned, carpeted room has a maximum capacity of 65 persons theatre style.
Commissary (Grocery Service)
In-room delivery grocery service offer all the conveniences that make for the perfect, hassle-free holiday. Contact us to request a complete list of our grocery items if you would like to have your room stocked for your arrival.
Doctor
In case of illness, a doctor can be contacted at all times through Guest Services.
Fax & Photocopying & Emails
Documents may be copied or transmitted by arrangement with Guest Services.
Fire Precautions
On the back of your bedroom door you will find details of action to be taken in the event of a fire. Please acquaint yourselves with these procedures and methods of escape once you have settled into your room, and please inform us if you are hearing impared or have any special difficulties.
Internet Access
Wireless access is available throughout the property free of charge. High-speed internet access is also provided in two internet rooms for a small fee.
Laundry / Dry Cleaning
An iron and ironing board is available in your room. Washing and dry cleaning services can also be arranged. Please leave your clothes with Reception before 9.00 am for same-day service. This service is available Monday to Friday.
Library
A small library is located in the East Lobby.
Newspapers
Should you require a newspaper, please inform Reception before 9.00 pm the night before. The cost will automatically be charged to your room bill.
Picnic Lunches
If you are exploring the area, or just wish to have something with you for your journey, then we would be delighted to provide you with a picnic lunch. These can be ordered at our Guest Services Desk.
Porterage
This is available at all times and can be arranged through Reception
Private Cook
We can arrange for a cook to prepare delicious Barbadian dishes in the privacy of your suite. For a minimal charge, she will cook, serve and even wash up the dishes.

Reception is open 24 hours.
Restaurant & Bars
Breakfast from 7.00am daily
Lunch from 12 noon - light snacks as served
Dinner 6:00pm - 11:00pm - the last orders are at 9.30pm.
Our bars provide a friendly atmosphere and are an ideal place to meet before dining, or just to enjoy a relaxing drink.
Room Service
A Room Service Menu is available between 7.00am and 9.30pm. This includes snacks, main courses and beverages. There is a minimal charge for Room Service.
Telephone
Direct dial telephones are available in all our bedrooms. Telephone calls are charged per unit and will automatically be added to your bill.
Valuables
In-room safes as well as safety boxes at Reception are available free of charge. Articles of value should be securely locked away. The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in guests' rooms or elsewhere in the hotel. May we also advise you not to leave valuables in cars as the hotel is not liable for losses from, or damage to, vehicles in the car park.
