Policies:

• All Rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are subject to a 5% Service Charge and 7.5% Value Added Tax.

• All rates are room only. 

• All studio & one bedroom rates are based on single or double occupancy, while two bedroom rates are based on quad. occupancy.

• Three nights deposit per week is required to guarantee confirmation.

• Visa and MasterCard accepted.

• Minimum stay between December 20th – and April 15 is 7 nights.

• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations received within 21 days of arrival for period December 21 - April 15 and within 14 days of arrival for period April 16 - December 20.

• Refunds are not offered for no-shows or early checkouts.

• There is no accommodation charge for children under 12 years.
