These include free weights, stair climbers, weight machines, treadmills, elliptical cross training machines, exercise balls and much more. Join our aerobic classes for exceptional cardiovascular exercise. Our Aerobic programme offers classes for all abilities of fitness. Proper gym attire is required.
Children under 16 years old are not permitted entry to the Fitness Centre.
